JIAJI MOVING · QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Where does Jiaji Moving provide service?
Jiaji Moving focuses on Richmond, Vancouver and Burnaby, with requests across Metro Vancouver. Vancouver Island, Kelowna, Kamloops and Canada-wide freight are reviewed by route, inventory and date.
What do I need for a moving quote?
Provide pickup and delivery addresses, your preferred date, furniture and box counts, floors, elevators, stairs and loading distance. Include photos, dimensions and approximate weight for pianos, safes or oversized items.
What affects the moving price?
A reviewed quote considers the truck and crew, work time, return or travel arrangements, special items, extra services and applicable taxes. Local moving, ferry routes and freight have different cost structures.
Are moving bins, stretch wrap and furniture reassembly available?
102 L reusable bins are free to use with a refundable CAD $20 deposit per bin. Delivery and collection are charged separately. Stretch wrap and furniture disassembly and reassembly during your move are free; describe your needs in advance.
Can you move a piano, safe or an item over 180 lbs?
Submit these items for assessment. Items over 180 lbs, oversized pieces, pianos, safes, marble, large glass and massage chairs on stairs need a reviewed handling plan and separate charges.
Can I request junk removal or move-out cleaning with my move?
You can also request old furniture and junk removal, assembly, furniture and tile repair, or move-out cleaning. Each service's scope, provider, price and schedule is confirmed separately. Supply photos and an item list for removal.
Does submitting a quote request reserve my moving date?
Submitting a request starts the review process and provides a private link for your quote and updates. A date is reserved only after the arrangements are confirmed; the request alone does not reserve a truck or crew.
